The right handler changes the entire experience—for the artist, their team, production, and the client.
Every Sage Charisma talent producer and handler is required to have 5+ years of professional experience in talent production, production management, stage management, or logistics management, along with a minimum of 2 years of hospitality experience.
Each candidate undergoes a rigorous interview and vetting process centered on discretion, situational awareness, problem-solving, anticipating needs, and composure in high-touch environments.
